Welcome to Slivvy: How Fractional Ownership Works
Welcome to Slivvy
Slivvy is a marketplace for fractional ownership of luxury assets — vacation homes, boats, exotic cars, RVs, and more. Every share on Slivvy is a real ownership stake in an LLC that holds title to the asset, not a timeshare or rental program.
The four ways to use Slivvy
- List an asset you already own. Sell a portion of an asset you own outright and keep some shares for yourself.
- Buy a share as an individual. Browse the marketplace and purchase a piece of an asset you'll actually use.
- Buy together as a group. Friends or family pool resources, form an LLC, and buy an asset together — on or off the marketplace.
- Bring an existing co-ownership on-platform. Already co-own something through a handshake deal or informal LLC? Migrate it to Slivvy for proper structure and tools.
What makes a share a "real" share
Every Slivvy asset is held by a Wyoming LLC formed during the listing or purchase process. When you buy shares, you become a member of that LLC. Ownership, voting rights, usage allocation, fees, and exit terms are all defined in the LLC's Operating Agreement, which every co-owner signs.
What Slivvy handles for you
- LLC formation, EIN registration, and title transfer into the LLC
- Operating agreements generated from your structure choices
- KYC/AML, background, and identity verification on every member
- Escrow on every purchase — funds never move directly between users
- Booking calendars, usage rules, and check-in/check-out tools
- Maintenance tracking, reserve funds, fee collection, and reimbursements
- Co-ownership insurance, disputes, and transfers
